Amiad filter bodies are a strong easy to instal and clean filter.  The construction is tough and very strong making this a very durable product for commercial or domestic installation

The filter body can be used with either a screen or a disk filter.

Screen Filter

A screen filter is used with clean water installations.  As an example mains water or filtered roof or rain water.  The area of a screen filter is 170 square centimetres which offer a large area thus reducing the cleaning frequency.  Screen filters are available in various filter particle sizes although for general irrigation we would suggest that a 0.2mm is the standard size that we would suggest.  This will protect key equipment like solenoid valves or drip irrigation.  Screen filters are very easy and quick to clean.
