• Remove the blue nut and slid this over the pipe
• Slide the white grip ring over the pipe and slide it back from the pipe end
• Make sure that the cut end of the pipe is square and clean. A bevel can be shape on to the pipe and this will make it easier to fit the fitting
• To ease installation a silicon gel can be applied to the end of the pipe and the O ring
• Push the pipe inside the fitting. The pipe will stop when it touches the O Ring
• Now push again and you will feel the pipe slide over the O ring. The pipe will slide beyond the O ring by between 12 and 20mm depending on the size of the fitting being used.
• Slide the white grip fitting up to the fitting
• Pull the blue nut down and tighten the fitting. Tighten the fitting so that it is hand tight and now continue to tighten the blue nut with some grips. Do not over tighten the fitting
