This is  1" BSP tap connector.  This is an unusual thread and is normally used to connect on to hose carts.  Most outdoor bibtaps will have a 3/4" BSP thread which will measure ~26mm. If you were to measure a male thread for this female adapter it would measure 33.6mm.
