20mm - 3/4" Male BSP Thread Control Valve

This is  a simple 90 degree turn on off control valve that can restrict flow based on how far the lever is turned.  It is ideal product to use with LDPE as the sharp barb form a permanent secure attachment.  LDPE is a thinner walled pipe than the MDPE which is used underground and should be used with compression fittings.  AS with all Barbed fittings quality of the fitting and quality of the pipe are key to the successful long term integrity of the distribution system.  The barbed fitting are made in the EU using UV stabilised plastic and large sharp barbs.  The LDPE pipe that we stock is made in Holland and matches the quality and precision of the barbed fitting.  Once the barbed fitting is inserted correctly the fitting is rated to a maximum of 6 bar unlike domestic quality fittings that in some cases are only rated to 2.1 bar
