SABA PVC glues are widely used in the agricultural and horticultural market for applications that use a wide variety of PVC Systems. SABA glue are used in the sanitary market for drainage and other such applications. SABA glues are easy to spread and therefore easy to apply. SABA PVC and ABS cleaners should be used with this product to make sure of a firm adhesion in high pressure environments
1. Saw the tube at right angles and then file a bevel edge and remove any burs
2. Mark on the pipe the insertion debt of the tube.
3. Clean the tube and the coupling sleeve with SAVA PVC and ABS cleaner
4. Apply the glue evenly both to the tube and the sleeve. Apply a thick layer of adhesive to the tube and a light layer of glue around the sleeve in order o avoid surplus glue inside the tube.
5. Join immediately after gluing without twisting or tilting and hold tight for a few seconds. Remove any superfluous glue straight away.
6. The glued fitting should not be moved for 5 minutes (15 minutes if the temperature is below 10 centigrade.
7. Do not stress the pipe and fittings for the first 12 hours
8. Do not pressure test within 24 hours
